Registration for the W2025 Workshop officially closed on November 7th.
Registration Fee
The registration fee (incl. VAT) to attend the Wageningen 2025 Workshop on CFD in Ship Hydrodynamics is €500. This fee includes:
- Workshop proceedings (pdf)
- Access to the workshop discussions
- Welcome drinks on Sunday end of afternoon
- Lunches and coffee during the workshop days
- Visit and tour of MARIN facilities on Tuesday
- Dinner on Tuesday
- On Tuesday: transfers between the venue and MARIN for facility tour, between MARIN and dinner location and between dinner location and Fletcher Hotel De Wageningsche Berg
Accompanying persons are welcome to join the Welcome Drinks and/or the Dinner for respectively €25 and €80.

Visa and invitation letter
Some visitors may need a visum to travel to the Netherlands (see e.g. www.netherlandsworldwide.nl). It is advised to apply for your visa at your earliest convenience. In case an invitation letter is needed, please let us know through the Contact page. For the invitation letter, we will need to know your name and institution.
